Ecumenism/Ecumenical Christianity

“The term “ecumenism” refers to efforts by Christians of different Church traditions to develop closer relationships and better understandings. The term is also often used to refer to efforts towards the visible and organic unity of different Christian denominations in some form.”
~ Wikipedia

Ecumenical Christianity is the push today by the Catholic Church & Charasmatic & Evangelical Christianity to push for a merging of the catholic & protestant religions into a one-world religion, with it seems the Catholic Church at the head of all Christianity. Pope John Paul II began the push in the late 1990s – early 2000s & Pope Francis is continuing the agenda.
