This is by far one of the most bizarre spectacles by humans I have ever witnessed! There are honestly no words to describe this gathering of elite world leaders. The ceremony speaks for its self. You just have to watch it and draw your own conclusions as to what they are signaling and saying. Watch and decide for yourself what in the world they are doing here.
